The Asian Development Bank, widely known as ADB, is a multilateral development bank that supports economic and social development across Asia and the Pacific through financing, technical assistance, research and partnerships. Its headquarters is in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines, where the Bank’s President, senior management, major departments and central administrative functions are based. Governments, consultants, businesses, researchers and members of the public may need ADB headquarters details for project information, procurement, institutional communication, access-to-information requests or scheduled meetings. ADB also operates resident missions and country offices, so a country-specific project question may be better handled locally. This guide provides the verified Manila headquarters address, telephone and fax numbers, official online inquiry route, location guidance and a clear distinction between Headquarters and ADB’s field network.
